HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Processing payment for shipment may take 1-2 business days. varies from country to country. Orders that are placed before 12 PM PST will begin processing that same day. Any orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next day. Any orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will begin processing on Monday. Once order has completed processing order will be shipped out same day.

Note: Orders can not be canceled after after 24 hours being placed. We charge 20% restocking fee of orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing.
Please contact the Post Office first if your package is lost, if it is sent back to us because of incorrect address a fee will apply for redelivery.
When you place an order you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped. Be sure to check your junk folder in case you do not receive any emails.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will also receive a tracking number if you selected the shipping method that provides one. Orders that were not placed with tracked shipping will not be tracked and we are not responsible for any lost or non-received parcels.
